At the ribbon cutting during the Grand Opening of Community Hospital Clinic - Congress on Saturday, February 25th

Victor Ruiz, Vice President of Congress Seniors (and project director) Ken Ashby. About 200 people attended the celebration and walked through the newly renovated clinic building.
