Operated by Wickenburg Community Hospital, the Wickenburg Community Hospital Fitness Center promotes personal wellness through a variety of services. Wellness can be achieved through responsible lifestyle choices, including  physical fitness and emotional, intellectual, and social well-being. We are committed to helping you develop a healthier lifestyle using these tools.

Our technology-driven equipment helps you strive to reach for your fitness goals, whether being strength-building or conditioning. You are aided by personal trainers, ensuring that your technique and protocol are accurate for your goals. Our fitness areas include interactive audio visual equipment, circuit weight training equipment, pulley stacks, free weights, treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical machines.

Tone & Stretch: This moderately paced low-impact aerobic and resistance class is perfect for members who enjoy group exercise to music. The formt focuses on cardiovascular conditioning during the first 45 minutes and on muscle tone and strength, balance, and flexibility during the remaining 45 minutes using freee weights and floor mats for additional exercises and to relax and stretch, If you want a total body workout, join us for Tone/Stretch.

Yoga: This class combines several yoga styles into an ecletic mix of Forrest Yoga, restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa. People of all ages and ability levels work to improve strength, flexibility and breath control using Yoga poses called asanas. Yoga enhances a sense of well-being, heightens mental,physical and spiritual awareness, increases energy and vitality, improves posture, and teaches the ability to relax and feel calm in daily life.

Zumba: If you are ready to dance yourself into shape, come join this exhiarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin dance-inspired, calorie burning dance fitness party. Zumba blends red-hot international music and steps based on traditional Latin dances for a joyous journey to better health. Get ready to sweat and have fun getting into shape with Zumba.

Tai Chi: Improve your balance, coordination and relaxation with this ancient exercise format. Suitable for all ages and ability levels.
