The pace of construction is picking up considerably at the site of the new Surgical Center. Concrete footings are being poured, final plumbing and electrical underground piping is being installed, and new HVAC equipment has been delivered and is being set in place. It is quite exciting to see this kind of progress. Above is a picture of the new chiller pad at the Surgical Center site:

As you can see in the photograph below, some of the exterior wall sheathing has been installed.
The following is a list of construction activities for the period between now and September 24th:
- Secondary underground electrical.
- Shear wall installation.
- Wood Beams and ledgers installation.
- Roof trusses.
- Roof decking.
Existing Hospital East-end Renovations:
Work continues on the East-end renovation project.
The following is a list of construction activities for the period between now and September 30th:
- Concrete floor pour-back.
- Overhead MP&E (Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical).
- Wall framing.
