2016 Hospital Volunteer Appreciation

2016 Hospital Volunteer Appreciation 23May

On April 28 more than 70 Wickenburg Community Hospital volunteers and their guests were honored at the Wickenburg Ranch Event Center. As hospital services have grown, so has the volunteer program. “We have enjoyed tremendous growth in the past couple years, adding eight new positions in the last year alone,” Volunteer and Training Manager Gogi Gay said. “It is because of this, the volunteer team was awarded the “Team up Award” by CEO Jim Tavary”.

WCH Volunteer of the Year was awarded to Rich Pettit. He was thanked for his hours of service as well as his willingness to help at a moment’s notice. Anyone interested in volunteering, may contact Gay at (928) 684-4366.
