Community Hospital Clinic in Congress celebrated 4-years of service Saturday, March 19. “My how time flies when you’re having fun”, said Clinic Manager Judy Hillman, “Our community clinic continues to grow with more than 3,700 patient visits last year”.
In 2011 Congress Senior Center and a hand full of volunteers came together to repurpose the medical office building after determining the area residence needed a clinic.
Clinic providers Lea Way, FNP-C and Matt Jones, FNP-C continue to draw patients from Glendale to Wikieup and as far north as Kingman, not to mention caring for many seasonal visitors here for the warm weather. “I would like to express my deepest appreciation for all of the community support, and would like to thank everyone. I would also like to thank my great staff; the girls really work hard to give excellent patient care. Our growth has been a testimony to this”, said Way. “This has been a very meaningful first year for me, thanks to the community of Congress and the surrounding communities. I look forward to many more meaningful years of serving you”, said Jones.
