PRESS RELEASE-DR. TODD KRAVETZ, INDUCTED AS FELLOW OF ACP

RECOGNITION AS DISTINGUISHED DOCTOR OF INTERNAL MEDICINE

WICKENBURG, AZ – April 15, 2019, Dr. Todd Kravetz, MD, FACP, Wickenburg Community Hospital Chief of Staff, Clinic Medical Director and Physician of Internal Medicine, has been recognized as a newly elected Fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP). The ceremony commenced during the annual ACP Internal Medicine Meeting which was held April 11- 13th in Philadelphia, PA.

The American College of Physicians is the largest medical specialty organization and the second-largest physician group in the United States. ACP has more than 154,000 members which include internal medicine physicians, related sub-specialists and medical students.

Fellowship is an honorary designation that recognizes the achievements of Dr. Kravetz and acknowledges his ongoing individual service and contributions to the practice of internal medicine. In this specialty, physicians apply scientific knowledge and clinical expertise to the diagnosis, treatment, and compassionate care of adults across the health spectrum, from general care to complex illness. The commitment to his patients, the community and the profession of internal medicine are exemplified by this achievement.

Dr. Kravetz is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. A graduate of Miami University, Dr. Kravetz earned a medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Cincinnati.After more than 18 years in private practice and treating everything from the common cold to multi-system organ failure in the ICU, Dr. Kravetz moved his family to Arizona where he has been able to pursue his passion for practicing medicine in a rural community. “As an internal medicine physician and Fellow of the American College of Physicians; working with a team that is dedicated to providing our community world class medical care is particularly rewarding.”- Dr. Kravetz, MD, FACP.
