Summer is here and with temperatures rising WCH wants to help keep you and the ones you love enjoying your summer safely. Here are some great tips and summer facts to help guide you through the heat!
Drowning!! It can happen in an instant and to anyone.
- Never Swim Alone
- Swim in Supervised Areas
- Learn CPR & Rescue techniques
- Be aware of currents
- Wear your life jacket

Be Sun Smart!

- Use sunscreen and reapply every 2 hours or 40 minutes when in the water
- The stronger the UV rays the high SPF sunscreen should be used.
- Wear a heat, sunglasses, and swim shirt
