WICKENBURG, AZ (October 13, 2021) – Wickenburg Community Hospital (WCH) has updated the statement process for all patients to improve timeliness and effective patient billing. Unfortunately, during the implementation WCH became aware that several errors were made in the most recent billing cycle.
We apologize for the inconveniences this has caused many of our patients. To address these issues, we have assembled an internal team that is dedicated to serving those affected.

To those who have received an invoice or statement with inaccurate billing information, please be assured that those inaccuracies will not negatively affect your personal credit, and we will work with each of you to ensure your accounts are documented properly and corrected as quickly as possible.
