Emergency Department Renovation

Last Updated – 05.16.2019

Wickenburg Community Hospital and Clinic staff ask patients and visitors to be cautious when approaching construction zones. Please pay special attention to pedestrians crossing the street. There will be limited access to parking along Rose Lane so patients and visitors are encouraged to park in the Pharmacy and Clinic parking lots.

The Weitz Company has begun demolition on the exterior wall for the new walk-in entrance. Safety barriers are in place & work schedules are designated to the late afternoon and night shifts, when traffic in this area is at it’s low trend in order to reduce major sound disruptions as well as dust / debris from traveling in patient care areas.

WCH Foundation, will continue to work diligently to raise funds for this critical emergency department renovation. The project is driven primarily by the need to accommodate a significant increase in utilization of the emergency department over the past 5 years; a trend that is continuing into the second quarter of FY2019.
