Through our comprehensive psychiatric emergency program, patients who seek mental health treatment at the Wickenburg Community Hospital Emergency Room are evaluated by mental health specialists from Crisis Prevention and Recovery (CPR) to determine whether inpatient or outpatient care is needed. Through the last few years, we’ve doubled the number of physicians available in our emergency room and acute care unit in order to diagnose and care for more people in our community.
