Offered in Surgical and Primary clinics as well as Rehabilitation Center.

  • TELEHEALTH

To create a safe and secure environment for our patients during the COVID-19 outbreak, our primary clinic providers are encouraging patients to utilize our Telehealth service for a virtual appointment with your provider from the comfort of your own home.

    • We strongly encourage those with respiratory or flu-like symptoms to utilize the telehealth process.
    • Our simple and convenient system works easily on your smart phone or home computer so long as you have camera and microphone capability.
    • We will connect you directly to your Primary Care Provider for a confidential HIPAA compliant visit.
For those who are not able to utilize telehealth, In-Office visits are still being provided with strategic scheduling:

    • Patients with no symptoms of illness will be seen in the morning.
    • Patients with symptoms of illness will be seen in the afternoon.
    • Terminal sterilization is performed between morning and afternoon patients.
    • The clinic has extended the well visits to 2 PM – with symptomatic patients from 2 – 5 PM.

TIPS TO HELP ADULTS AVOID MEDICAL ISOLATION DURING COVID-19

Age and underlying health issues such as Diabetes are substantial risk factor for COVID-19.  Many Americans who are used to going to the doctor for regular check-ins, medicine management and other appointments feel they can no longer do so as they stay home to avoid getting infected.  It is especially important during this time, that these individuals continue to receive the medical support they need. Here are some ways you can help:

  • Help them make a telehealth appointment
  • Ask if they have enough prescription medicine and help set up prescription home delivery.
  • Ask if they need help getting other medical supplies, such as, oxygen tanks, wound care or diabetic supplies.
  • Help them use the internet or navigate a smart device to stay connected with friends and family.
  • Encourage them to exercise inside their home or take a walk outside if they are able.

We are here for you! Your Medical Providers are here and working tirelessly to ensure your family can continue to receive medical care in the safest possible manner.
