AZ Top Docs is an exclusive and trusted healthcare resource that reviews healthcare providers in Arizona. Providers that meet the high level of merit-based criteria are then awarded the title of AZ Top Doctor and are featured on the organization’s Top Doc registry. This resource allows the public to find top doctors in Arizona with a comprehensive, easy-to-use search feature, that sorts by county and by specialty.
AZ Top Docs fall under USA Top Docs, which reviews and approves providers in 14 of the 50 states
in the US. There are plans to add the remaining states in the next few years. USA Top Docs created a review and approval process to ensure the doctor/practice meets their criteria:
1. Board certification is required if deemed by the specialty.
2. Minimum of three (3) years in practice.
3. Malpractice & license review to ensure no serious medical malpractice or board actions have taken place.
4. Patient reviews are collected and compiled.
Once the criteria are met, an internal group of members with more than 50 years of working experience in the medical field review each applicant anonymously and thoroughly, then decide whether to approve a provider based on merit.
