The following are the features EngageCare has to offer:
Patient Online Pre-Registration: Say goodbye to filling out multiple forms in the waiting room. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a link via text or email. The link directs you to the online pre-registration process to sign your paperwork and provide copies of your IDs prior to arrival, allowing you to benefit from FastTrack Registration upon check-in.
Fast Track Registration: You no longer need to stand in line or spend your valuable time at the front desk. Instead, check in at one of our kiosks which will alert the registrar. When it is your turn, the registrar will call your name, verify your identity, and escort you to the appropriate seating area. The user-friendly kiosks make the check-in process simple so you can focus on what matters most, your healthcare.
Appointment Reminders and Alerts: We understand that your life is busy, and it’s easy to forget important healthcare appointments. That’s why our system keeps you informed and on track with personalized appointment reminders and alerts. You’ll never miss a vital medical visit again.
Digital Forms and eSignatures: Enjoy a paperless experience! With EngageCare you will complete digital forms and eSignatures from the comfort of your own home. With just a few clicks, you can securely submit necessary information, saving you time.
If you need a same-day appointment for hospital outpatient services such as imaging or laboratory services, we are happy to accommodate you! Please call our scheduling team and allow them to work your care into the schedule. If you must walk in for care, please go straight to the Volunteer Desk and our team will provide care that day as the schedule allows.
To ensure a smooth experience, please remember to bring the following essential items: a current photo ID, your medical insurance card, and your preferred method of payment and for new clinic patients, the completed clinical intake packet.
